Custom production normally takes approximately 2 to 8 weeks, depending on construction, specifications and the active production schedule. This is separate from courier transit time. Complex requirements or specification changes can extend the schedule.

Human-hair products can often be styled with heat and professionally coloured, but processing shortens hair life and can affect the base. Use a heat protectant, start with the lowest effective temperature and avoid direct heat on lace, knots, adhesive areas or delicate base materials.

International shipments are commonly sent through FedEx. DHL, UPS or EMS may be arranged when available and agreed with the team. A tracking number is provided after dispatch so the shipment can be followed through the courier’s system.
