Flexible international delivery
International transit from our warehouse normally takes 4–7 working days. FedEx is standard; DHL, UPS, EMS or Aramex may be arranged before shipment.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated according to shipment weight and destination. The applicable charge is confirmed during order processing or checkout.
Customs and import charges
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Wig Bangladesh is not liable for customs delays or related additional costs.
Tracking and notifications
A tracking number is supplied after shipment. Use the courier’s tracking system for the latest real-time status and delivery updates.
Address restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete physical delivery address and reachable telephone number.
Lost or delayed shipments
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a shipment is significantly delayed or believed lost, contact us so we can help investigate.
Returns and shipping fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable except when caused by a Wig Bangladesh shipping error. Review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
